They met in 2006. Years later, Katie had just got her teaching job, and David was trying to decide what he wanted out of life. She had no clue he was into her.

Months later he would take her fishing and to a nice dinner. Still she had no clue. Then, over a romantic snowmobile ride and flowers he would confess his love for her. She didn't want anything to do with their love.

She never thought he would ask her to marry him. Then, one cold weekend he warmed her heart. This time he took her to the most romantic of all hot springs. He was nervous. She couldn't wait. The sun was setting. The church bells rang. He had to read every plaque in the garden before he would ask the most important question of all. She held her hand out as he was on one knee. She said yes to the best gift anyone could offer.
